Shipping methods

For shipments within Greece, the products will be sent to the recipient address you have indicated to us, by courier service: ACS courier. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If the products are not available and collected by our network, the shipment may be made with a delay of 1-2 days extra (mainly during sale periods, end of season or holidays). The charge for each of your orders is displayed during the progress stage of your order. Our company has taken care of the cheapest shipping charges. Shipping costs are €3 for the first 2 kilos and €1 for each subsequent kilo. The kilograms are automatically calculated by the system.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). Orders placed in the system Friday from 5.00 p.m. and then they will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stage on Monday.

The above charges include 24% VAT

For shipments within the European Union (not including Greece), shipments are made with Packeta. The cost of transport is calculated based on the tariff policy of the transport company.

For shipments outside the European Union, you can send a request to info@stalida.gr, where the customer service department will contact you about the delivery process of the products if this is possible.
